Elliott H. Phillips  –  Account Executive

I was born (1971) and raised in Conway, SC, and moved to Charleston in the summer of 1989 to attend the College of Charleston (1989 ~ 1994 Political Science). I became very involved in many organizations while at the college and remain very active with the College of Charleston Alumni Association.

While attending College of Charleston, I not only learned to love Charleston and all this historic city has to offer, but I also met my wife, Elizabeth Silcox (College of Charleston 1996). She was born and raised in Mt. Pleasant and her family has been in Charleston for many generations. We are blessed to have two wonderful daughters, Adelia and Olivia, and live in Mt. Pleasant. 

Before joining C. T. Lowndes & Company (June 2009 part time and Feb. 2010 full time), I spent almost ten years in the flooring side of the construction industry. I have also been co-owner in my own business (The Boat House – boat dealership – 1994 ~ 1999).

I try to stay involved in the community as a member of several area charitable organizations, my children’s school, and my church (Christ Our King Stella Maris). While golf is my passion, I truly love the mountains of North Carolina, any time at the beach with my family, as well as boating, fishing, and hunting.
