Lowndes & Company generously allowed the Waters Edge Great Dane Society to hold its first yard sale at its Moncks Corner office.   Despite the heat, the local citizenry supported the event which netted over $1,800.     The funds will be used to cover vet bills for Great Danes in the care of Waters Edge. Our tour in Israel, after leaving the Jordan River, took us along the east side of the Sea of Galilee. This land was formerly part of Syria (Golan Heights). Our journey led us to Nazareth, the city of Mary, virgin mother of Jesus. We visited the Church of the Annunciation, built over the spot where the Angel Gabriel appeared to Mary to announce she would be the Savior's mother.
